Berkadia Hotel’s & Hospitality has been exclusively retained in connection with the solicitation of offers, through RealINSIGHT Marketplace, to acquire the fee-simple interest in the 97-key Brookshire Suites Inner Harbor Hotel (the “Hotel” or “Asset”).
