The building currently occupied by Crunch Fitness at 3325 McFarland Blvd. E will be up for auction on the RealINSIGHT Marketplace platform July 29-31 via New York City-based Mission Capital Advisors.
The 18-story, Class A building was built in 1966 and was recently renovated. Steven Schultz, Tony Georgiev, Josh Malka and Jeff Kolodkin of NKF brokered the sale in conjunction h live-bid commercial real estate sales platform RealINSIGHT Marketplace.
NKF sought to sell 550 Broad Street in downtown Newark, NJ on RealINSIGHT Marketplace, an auction platform. The brokerage was tapped earlier this year to market the 18-story office tower on behalf of its now former owners.
